Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations

The press-on nails sold by Haven Nailtique are handmade, customized, and/or made to order, so items may have some color or design variation and are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.  Incorrect size, length or shape selection is due to customer error.  Overall to allow the store to provide the best experience or result, please reach out and provide clear photos within 48 hours of receiving an order.  Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order unless the design process has already begun.

Delivery

Orders will be fulfilled as payments are processed.  Expect about a 14 day turnaround after payments are processed, but shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances are out of the store's control.  Rush orders may be possible but please contact the store before placing the order.

Sizing Kit

The promotional code on the Haven Nailtique’s Sizing Kit is one time use but may be re-activated if another shape and the next order has the new shape.  Please contact the shop should there be any issues. 

Liability & Disclaimers

Haven Nailtique, or individuals associated with, are not responsible for allergic reactions or improper use of the nails.  Products should not be used on damaged or infected nail beds.  Improper application or removal are the customer's responsibility.

Nail designs, branding, photos, or anything associated to the brand may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
